By accessing and using PDF Pro ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms of Service, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

PDF Pro provides a suite of browser-based utility tools for processing PDF documents (including compression, merging, and splitting). The tools operate entirely on the client-side within your browser using WebAssembly. We do not upload, host, or store your documents on our servers.

3. Provided "As-Is"

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide accurate compression and high-quality document processing, PDF Pro makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the processed documents for your specific needs (e.g., government portal submissions). It is your sole responsibility to verify that the output document meets the requirements of the receiving party before submission.

4. Acceptable Use

The Service is free for personal use. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the operation of the Service.
• Use automated bots or scripts to scrape or overload our infrastructure.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PDF Pro, its founder, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
